Roasted Chicken
Here is a easy way to roast a whole chicken on hot summer days.
Make 3-4 foil balls, spay the inside of crock with cooking spray and place balls inside bottom of crock.
Dress your raw chicken inside and out, using butter, herbs, lemons, and spices to your taste, and place chicken in crock on top of foil balls.
Over and let cook on High for 4 hours, reduce to low and cook an additional 8 hours
Serve with side dish and season with juices in the crock. The chicken will be very tender and fall of the bone easily when taking out of crock pot, Be Careful!
